b. Installation guide: To install Helium 10, simply search for it in the Chrome web browser and follow the prompts to add it to your browser.  

c. Once installed, go to Amazon and choose the product you want to get the review, click on the helium 10 extension then click on review insights. Helium 10 allows users to filter and extract negative reviews and businesses can download them as a CSV file and upload them to Google Drive for easy access.

To get started, you need to export a CSV file containing negative product reviews from Amazon. Tools like Helium 10 allow you to filter by star rating and download just the 1–3-star reviews. Once you have that review file, it's as simple as uploading it to an automation workflow platform
