How Our Automation Works — Step by Step

1. Form Input → Story CreationParents or guardians fill out a simple online form with details like the child’s name, hobbies, favorite animals, and a fun theme. This information feeds into an AI model that writes a unique, structured 24-page story in JSON format, customized just for the child.

2. AI IllustrationsFor each story page, the system generates specific image prompts. Midjourney then creates four unique illustrations per page. The best image is automatically selected and upscaled for clarity. Each illustration is carefully tracked and linked to the right page.

3. Matching Logic & FallbacksIf an image doesn’t match the story or fails to generate correctly, the system regenerates the prompt to get it right. Image hashes, page numbers, and metadata keep everything perfectly aligned, ensuring a seamless story experience.

4. Storybook Assembly in Google SlidesA Google Slides template is duplicated for each book. The story text and images are inserted automatically, and there’s even an option to add the child’s photo on the cover page. The final product is fully editable and beautifully formatted — ready to delight kids and parents alike.
